Our Services include both advisory and executional work across the following pillars:
a. Media Launchpad
Rapid, high-quality press distribution and media coordination within 12–48 hours, focused on clarity, compliance, and controlled visibility.
b. Strategic Consulting
High-stakes advisory for crisis management, executive positioning, market entry, mergers and acquisitions communications, organisational change, and reputational risk.
c. The Press Pulse
An ongoing media intelligence and engagement engine designed to secure sustained, influential, and measurable visibility aligned with a client’s business objectives. This includes monitoring media sentiment, identifying narrative gaps, and proactively supplying credible news angles.
Specific deliverables, timelines, execution scope, and fees are defined in individual proposals, contracts, or engagement letters. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer without a written agreement.
3. Eligibility and Client Responsibilities
By using our Services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have the authority to engage PR Fusions Africa on behalf of yourself or your organisation
- All information you provide is accurate, complete, and not misleading
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing truthful and timely information necessary for effective service delivery
- Reviewing and approving materials within agreed timelines
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to their operations
4. Consultations and Engagements
Booking a consultation does not guarantee acceptance of a long-term engagement. PR Fusions Africa reserves the right to accept, decline, or discontinue engagements at its discretion, particularly where:
- There is a conflict of interest
- The engagement poses reputational, legal, or ethical risks
- Required information is withheld or misrepresented
5. Fees, Payments, and Refunds
- Fees are communicated upfront and agreed upon before commencement of work
- Payments must be made in accordance with the terms stated in the proposal or invoice
- Except where expressly stated, all fees are non-refundable once work has commenced
- Late payments may result in suspension or termination of Services
6. Intellectual Property
All materials produced by PR Fusions Africa including strategies, reports, presentations, frameworks, and written content remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may use the materials we deliver only for the specific purpose agreed in the engagement. These rights are personal to the client and cannot be shared, transferred, copied, republished, or sold without our prior written approval.
7. Confidentiality
Confidential information shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent, except where disclosure is required by law, regulation, or court order. Where legally permitted, the affected client will be notified promptly of any such required disclosure.
8. Limitation of Liability
PR Fusions Africa provides strategic advice, execution support, and media engagement services based on professional judgment, industry experience, and information supplied by clients or third parties.
While we may execute campaigns, distribute press materials, and engage media stakeholders, we may not guarantee specific outcomes, including media coverage volume, tone, audience reception, commercial results, regulatory decisions, or reputational impact.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PR Fusions Africa shall not be liable for:
- Editorial decisions made by media organisations or platforms
- Market reactions, public sentiment, or stakeholder interpretations
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, valuation, opportunity, goodwill, or reputation
9. Third-Party Links and Platforms
Our website or materials may reference third-party websites, tools, or platforms. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms stated in the applicable contract. Outstanding fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
